Who is responsible
RexGoll International Trading is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Contact: sales@rexgoll.com.
What we collect
- Form data: name, company, email, phone, country and your message, when you send a contact or quote form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, referring site, country and device type, collected without cookies by Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Form security check: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form and processes your IP address and browser data for that check.
- Your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- Answering requests and preparing offers: steps before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
- Keeping the site secure, preventing abuse and counting visits: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Showing the map on the Contact page: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Loading YouTube videos: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)).
Who receives your data
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, visit statistics and the form security check.
- Google: the mailbox that receives form messages, the map on the Contact page, and YouTube if you choose to load it.
We do not sell personal data. Some providers operate outside the EEA and Türkiye, including in the USA. These transfers rely on safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your request, and longer only where commercial or tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent. See Data Protection.
Changes
We publish any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
