This page explains your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Your rights

• Find out whether we process your data and get a copy.
• Have incorrect data corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive data you gave us in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

How to use them

Write to sales@rexgoll.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month under GDPR and within 30 days under KVKK.

Complaints

You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД), and in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
